Due to unforeseen issues, the pool keyfob system had to be reset. Because of this reset, all keyfobs have to be re-entered into the system. What this requires of you is to reply to this email firstname.lastname@example.org with the small black number from your keyfob. (Please see the photo for reference.) The sooner you provide this information, the sooner you will have access to the pool again. We will be backing up this data this time in case this issue ever arises again.
